New Students - Password FAQ

| I am a new student and first time user of eStudent how do I log on? |
To log in you will need to use the following criteria:
- Username is your Student ID Number
- Password is your Date of Birth (i.e. ddmmyyyy example 07031980)

you must change your password on first use. The criteria for your password is as follows:
- It must have 8 to 10 characters
- Be a combination of letters and numbers
- Is case sensitive (A and a are not the same)

| What happens if I forget my password? |
Email the IT Service Desk with the following identification criteria:
- Full Name
- Student ID Number
- Date of Birth
- Program details

| The IT Service Desk will notify you of a new password by email during business hours. Any enquiries received outside of business hours will be actioned on the next business day. |

Current Bond students - Password FAQ

| Can I use my Bond Student IT Account to access eStudent? |
| Yes! Whilst studying at Bond you should use your Bond Student IT account to authenticate to eStudent. |
| What happens if I forget my password? |
If you have been using your eStudent password try using your Bond Student IT Account. If you have forgotten your Bond Student IT Account contact the IT Service Desk with the following identification criteria:
- Full Name
- Student ID Number
- Date of Birth
- Program details
